Anders Misund joined EQT Partners in Oslo in September 2007 and is Head of EQT Partners Equity in Norway.
He graduated with a M.Sc in Business Administration from the Norwegian School of Economics and Business Administration majoring in finance, with exchange studies at the MBA program on the J.L. Graduate School of Management at Northwestern University.
Prior to joining EQT Partners, he was at TH Global plc as Executive VP of M&A and Partner in a management buy-out. Prior to this, he was working with business development in Kværner ASA as Executive VP. Anders Misund started his career in Corporate Finance at Alfred Berg.
Morten Blix co-founded Herkules Private Equity Fund in 2003.
Morten Blix has extensive investment experience from 14 years in the division of Financial Investments at Orkla from 1987 to 2001, where he has been involved in a broad range of investment activities including private equity investments. From 1992 to 2001, he was Portfolio Manager and Deputy Managing Director of the Financial Investments Division of Orkla. From 2001 to 2003, Morten Blix managed his own investment and consultancy business.
He holds a degree in engineering from Norges Tekniske Høyskole (NTH), as well as management degree from the Norwegian School of Management.
Stine Foss joined Northzone in 2001 and her main tasks are Investor Relations, financial due diligence and financial reporting and control.
She holds an MBA in Finance from the Norwegian School of Economics and Business Administration (NHH) in Bergen, Norway.
Her skills have been well documented in her previous positions as a Due Diligence Manager with PriceWaterhouseCoopers and as CFO with TDC Norway AS.
Morten Welo joined FSN Capital as COO in 2011, responsible for the Norwegian, Swedish and Danish operations in addition to heading Investor Relations for FSN Capital.
Prior to joining FSN Capital Morten Welo worked as Head of Operations in the Boston Consulting Group (BCG). At BCG he had several roles (Consultant, HR Country Manager, and Head of Nordic HR). Prior to this, he was an Executive Officer at The Royal Yacht (Kongeskipet Norge).
Morten Welo has been with the Navy and Army for almost 13 years, including Naval Academy. In addition, he has a MSc. in Economics and Business Administration from the Norwegian School of Business and Administration.
Terje Eidesmo has been a member of the NVCA board since 2016. He is managing partner at ProVenture Management, where he joined in 2014 as senior partner following 20 years in the international oil and gas industry. His experience includes CEO of EMGS, a company he founded in 2002, and two years later sold to Warburg Pincus. He was the chairman of Litchicon for 14 years, and has worked 11 years at Statoil in various roles.
Eidesmo holds a phd in physics from the Norwegian University of Science and Technology (NTNU).
Bente Loe has been a member of the NVCA board since 2016. She is a partner at Alliance Venture. Her experience includes business development at Kværner Investments, and as an investment professional at Springfondet, Ojada and Telenor Venture.
She has been on the board of directors in several listed OSX companies in the tech sector. Loe holdes an MBA and BSBA from University of Denver.
Eivind Bergsmyr has been a member of the NVCA board since 2016. He is a partner at Viking Venture. Prior to joining Viking, Bergsmyr headed up the startup company Nacre AS, growing it into a world leader in communication and hearing protection headsets for defense, security and industrial markets with particular success in the US. As CEO he was instrumental in selling the company to Honeywell in 2007 for USD 125 million.
Eivind holds a M.Sc. degree in electronics engineering from The Norwegian University of Technology and Science (NTNU). He has additional education from the Norwegian Business School (BI), MBA-level management training from Siemens in Germany and venture capital education through the prestigious Kaufmann Fellowship in California where he is the only Norwegian Fellow.
